If the latter is what you are after, then I'm sure that we can put my experience in Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to a good use. I did wear different hats throughout my career but I've ultimately decided to stick to Customer Success and Onboarding. However, Sales and Marketing have contributed tremendously to my practices and enabled me to adopt a holistic viewpoint on processes.
I know that there's a typo but I just like the picture so much (and could not get AI to fix that error) that I've decided to use it
I always say that product is key but how it’s presented and delivered to the end user is detrimental. Why provide a sub-par first experience when you have built an amazing product? Let’s change that!
